BREATHE.MOVE.CONNECT
Yoga is the union between mind body and breath. The yoga and mindfulness/ meditation practices taught by Mandisa, include slow deep flow and are all about healing and self-care. The movements are set mostly with/without music with a theme or pose of the week. The class is developed to incorporate the theme, so that you will be able to take the physical practice into your life, allowing for space and reflection. For those that don't want to practice in a group, private classes are also offered. Please go to book online for further information.
